Cream Cheese Cheesy Biscuits

Delicious, creamy, low-carb cheese biscuits packed with nutrition! And did we mention cheese?!

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tps Cream of Tarter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Lakona Monkfruit sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hempseeds
  • 1/3 cup Butter ((melted))
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 2 Large farm-fresh eggs ((beaten))
  • 2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp Cream cheese ((softened))
  1. Use a coconut or olive oil cooking spray and spray a 12-piece muffin tin. Set aside. Wait until you have the dough mixed together and then pre-heat over to 350 degrees. While oven is pre-heating, allow dough to absorb the moist ingredients. 

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

  3. Mix all wet ingredients together in a small bowl.

  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients in the large bowl to form dough. Allow dough to sit 5 minutes to absorb wet ingredients. If the dough is too sticky, try rubbing your hands lightly with olive oil.

  5. Scoop heavily-rounded mounds of dough to form round biscuits and place in the muffin tin. Set aside while you pre-heat the oven. 

  6. Cook at 350˚ for 15-18 minutes till lightly browned on top. Serve with your favorite sugar-free homemade jam!
