Keto Food Is the Best Food I’ve Eaten in My Life
The truth about keto food is …. it is delicious!!!!!!
I read this article today from someone who tried the ketogenic diet for 30 days and she said the food was repetitious.
What?!? Of all the things written about keto, I was surprised to see this one. I’ve never eaten so well in my life! I love this way of eating so very much that I created my website around this food and I named it Happy Fat Mouth because this food makes my mouth so happy. The only thing I complain about on keto is not being hungry enough to eat all of the mouth-watering things I want to eat in a day.
I’ve been keto-ing for more than two years and the deeper I venture in the the world of keto, the more delicious recipes I keep finding and creating. My favorite keto guru is Maria Emmerich, which is why I became one of her Keto-Adapted Coaches this year. How I wish the writer of the article claiming keto food is boring had gotten a copy of Maria’s excellent book, The 30 Day Ketogenic Cleanse. Should she happen to see this article, I will gladly purchase and mail her a copy of this book. I wish I could give it to everyone! The recipes are so satiating and delicious. I would want this cookbook in my house even if I wasn’t a keto person.
It is also true that there is a learning curve when first trying out keto. You will start cooking with ingredients you might never have used in the past, such as coconut oil, avocado oil, bacon grease, bone marrow, Irish butter, coconut vinegar, almond flour, and more. You will need to learn about taking electrolytes. I wrote about electrolytes here. It might very well seem confusing and complicated at first. It was for me. Now I treasure my knowledge and my ability to whip up superb, healthy meals for me and my family. The important thing to understand is that now that keto is a very popular idea, there are charlatans trying to sell you complete crap that you do not need. Please find those true ketogenic experts who will not steer you wrong. Follow only those who can create a well-formulated ketogenic diet.
Some of the top people I follow and learn from daily include: Maria and Craig Emmerich, Keto Connect, Chef Carrie Brown, Jimmy Moore, Low Carb Yum, The Fat Emperor, Dr. Ken Berry and Nutritionist Amy Berger. These are just a few of my personal favorite keto experts. The great news is that there are many true experts out there providing incredible content for us all.
If, per chance, you still think keto meals are boring, I beg of you to check out keto recipes on Pinterest. They will blow you away … and if you make them, they may very well blow off your excess fat! I highly recommend finding your favorite keto experts on podcasts and listen along as you spend your days looking at and drooling over Pinterest keto/low carb, high fat recipes. Happy Fat Mouth is on Pinterest, too. My only warning for you is this: you can waste hours and hours looking at keto recipes on Pinterest! Happy searching!
If you would like to learn about my personalized coaching or receive my newsletter, please check out my website, www.HappyFatMouth.com. I share incredible recipes that make your mouth happy (and your heart, gut, and brain). I also have a Happy Fat Mouth Facebook page here.
