The Mountains Are Calling and I Must Go
No lengthy blog post today because it is a stunning, bright, brisk early spring day here in northern Utah. I’m taking my Border Collies out for a long hike. I’m keto-adapted and they are too so who knows what adventure we will find together today. I’ll be back blogging tomorrow. I’ll leave you with with a few photos from Utah this winter to enjoy. Weight Day 10: 160 pounds (10 pounds lost over the first 9 days!)
30 Day Keto Challenge Goal Weight: 160
Ultimate Goal Weight: 150 Pounds
Waist: (Started at 38 inches) 37 inches
Chest: 41 inches
Hips: 41 inches
Carb count: carbs
- 2 carbs two small pickles
- 1.5 carbs – 1 coconut dark chocolate bomb
